On Saturday, January 15, 2022, Todd A. Mummert, 52, of Glenville, was welcomed home into the loving arms of Jesus. He was the husband of Shawn (Gantz) Mummert for 28 years. He was born on December 21, 1969 in York to the late Harold and Barbara (Sharp) Mummert. Todd was a 1988 Graduate of York Vo Tech, and was currently employed for True North Wellness Services, in which he had been working for since 2008.
He was a member of East Berlin Fish and Game, and was a gun enthusiast. Todd also had a passion for photography. He was always taking pictures at get-togethers, and they would go in to York and Hanover and take pictures of the eagles at their nests, tractor pulls, etc. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, going to tractor pulls and air shows, going camping, photography, and spending time with his family.
Todd is survived by his wife, Shawn; two children, Nick Mummert and his fiancee Ella, and Abbi Mummert; two siblings, John Mummert and his wife, Carol and Barbara Schrum and her husband Robert; mother and father-in-law, Camellia and Steve Gantz; brother-in-law, Andrew Gantz and his wife, Sherry; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Harold Mummert and his wife Karen. A public viewing will be held on Friday, January 28 from 6-8pm and again on Saturday, January 29 from 10am until a funeral service begins at 11am at Geiple-Predicce Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., 53 Main St., Glen Rock. Interment will follow in St. Jacob's (Stone) Church Cemetery, Glenville.
