Susan A. Olp Jacobus Susan A. “Sue” (Folkenroth) Olp, 69, of Jacobus, died Saturday, January 21, 2017, at her home. She was the loving wife of Robert C. “Bob” Olp with whom she shared 34 years of marriage on July 3. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday January 24, 2017 at Salem United Church of Christ, 24 Franklin Street, Jacobus, with Rev. Kevin L. Becker, officiating. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 PM Tuesday at the church. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. The Geiple Funeral Home, Inc. 53 Main St., Glen Rock is assisting the family with the arrangements. Mrs. Olp was born March 20, 1947, in Seven Valleys, she was a daughter of the late Dallas E. “Bud” and Dorothy (Myers) Folkenroth. Sue and her husband Bob owned and operated the Olp’s Flower Shop in Jacobus where she worked for 34 years. She also was a past manager at Smith Village Grocery Store, Jacobus. Besides her husband Bob, she leaves five children, Todd Wildasin and wife Brenda, Deb Abel and husband Randy, Doug Wildasin, Rhonda Lucky and husband Gary, and Tim Wildasin and wife Amanda; three step-children, Ann Thomas and husband Jerry, Brenda Godfrey and husband Mike, and Roberta Hengst and husband John; 25 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren; five siblings, Bernice, Audrey, Sam, Rita, and Ward; and her three beloved Fur Babies, Butch, Fluffy, and Sammy. She was preceded in death by two grandsons.
