Sandra Ruth Wiley

On Saturday, July 9, 2022, Sandra R. (Blankenship) Wiley, 64, of York passed away at home with family by her side. She was born on October 1, 1957 in Baltimore, MD to Daniel W. and Elizabeth (Rippetoe) Blankenship. She graduated from Southwestern High School in Baltimore, MD, then after taking some college courses, she became an insurance underwriter for several companies, and ended her career with Chubb Insurance Company. In her spare time, she enjoyed scrapbooking, whale watching, and traveling. She is survived by her children Stefan Wiley, Shaun Wiley, Torry Tyler, Todd Tyler, and Timothy Wiley, her grand children Reagan and Tayvn, and her grand-pups Yoda and Xena.
