Robin R. King

Robin K. King Glen Rock Robin K. King, 89, of Glen Rock, passed away Friday, November 10, 2017 at SpiriTrust Lutheran, York, from metastatic cancer. Born August 28, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Elsie (Thoman) Raver. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard King; her five siblings, Barbara Raver, Jacob (Jack) Raver, Charles Raver, Norman Raver, Jr. (Bus), and Millard Raver; and many cousins. She is survived by her daughter Cheryl Bejgrowicz and her husband Tom of Harrisburg; cousin, Norma Innerst; and her beloved friends, whom she thought of as family, Warren and Jonathan Laughman, and Deb Trump and family. Robin retired from People’s Bank in Glen Rock. Her favorite pastime was organizing bus trips and traveling with her close friends. She also loved sports, especially the Baltimore Orioles and college basketball. She was a member of Trinity UCC, Glen Rock, and the Jefferson AARP. The family would like to thank the staff and employees of SpiriTrust Lutheran Village at Sprenkle Dr. for their care and kindness. A viewing will be held Wednesdays November 15, 2017 from 9:30 to 11:15 AM at the Geiple Funeral Home, Inc. 53 Main street, Glen Rock, followed by the funeral service at 11:15 AM with Rev. Fred Walthour officiating. Burial will follow at the Trinity UCC Cemetery, Glen Rock. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
