Robert C. Sweitzer

Robert C. Sweitzer, 68, of Seven Valleys, passed away at his home Saturday October 30, 2021. Robert was born on December 4, 1952, in York and was a son of the late Paul R. and Charlotte V. (Beck) Sweitzer. Bob graduated from Dallastown High School, class of 1971. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a life-long farmer in the Seven Valleys area and enjoyed hunting and farm sales. He was a former member of Camp Alaska in Clinton County, PA. Bob is survived by his two daughters Brady L. Sweitzer of Wrightsville, and Mindy E. Dimaggio and her husband Josh of Frenchtown, MT; a son Andrew R. Sweitzer and his wife Shelly of Seven Valleys; seven grandchildren; one great grandchild; his sisters, May Wagner and Shirley Wilt; and three brothers, Alvin, George, and Barry Sweitzer. He was preceded in death by a brother Raymond Sweitzer. A viewing will be held Thursday November 4, 2021, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at St. Peter’s Church, 1708 Seitzville Rd, Seven Valleys, PA and Friday November 5, 2021 from 10:00AM until the funeral service begins at 11:00AM at the church. Pastor Thomas Beck will be officiating the service. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Military rites will be given by the York County Veteran Honor Guard.
