Raymond R. Wildasin Glen Rock Raymond R. Wildasin, 97, of Glen Rock, died Wednesday November 12, 2014 at Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of the late Ruby J. (Miller) Wildasin and the loving companion of Mildred Smith for 30 years. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 17, 2014 at St. Jacob's (Stone) UCC Church, 5152 Stone Church Road, Glenville, with his pastor, the Rev. Dr. Jason A. Leader officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul (Dub’s) Church Cemetery, Hanover. Viewings will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Sunday at the Geiple Funeral Home, Inc., 53 Main Street, Glen Rock, and also from 10:00 to 11:00 AM Monday at St. Jacob’s Stone UCC Church. Mr. Wildasin was born August 12, 1917 in North Codorus Township, a son of the late George C. and Alice (Renoll) Wildasin. He retired from Flinchbaugh Products, Red Lion in 1982, where he was a Grinder and Inspector for 14 years and he had farmed in Codorus Township for many years. He was a life long member of the St. Jacob's (Stone) United Church of Christ and was the oldest male member of the church. He was a former member of the Brodbecks Band having played the trombone for 30 years. Raymond leaves two sons, Larry R. Miller and his wife Rose of Glen Rock and Gary R. Wildasin and his wife Cathy of Glen Rock; a daughter Beverly J. Bareham of York and her companion Dennis M. Druck, three grandchildren, Brian L. Wildasin, Amanda J. Simmons, and Stephanie E. Barilaro; and a great granddaughter, Taylor R. Barilaro. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jacob's (Stone) United Church of Christ, 5152 Stone Church Road, Glenville, PA 17329. Condolences may be shared at geiple.com.
