Phyllis I. Warner Phyllis I. (Rinehart) Warner, 78, who was formerly of Shrewsbury, died Saturday January 4, 2014 at Colonial Manor Nursing Home, York. She was the wife of the late Marlin D. “Dick” Warner. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at the Geiple Funeral Home, Inc. 53 Main Street, Glen Rock with the Rev. Howard Edmondson, officiating. Burial will be in New Freedom Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Warner was born on April11, 1935 in Stewartstown, a daughter of the late Charles and Ethel (Rinehart) Ferguson. She leaves three daughters, Joyce E. Keener and her husband Larry and Janice M. Krout and her husband John both of Glen Rock, and Janet A. Hengst and her husband Burt of York; three sons, Marlin Dean Warner, Jr. and his fiancé Leslie and Bradley A. Warner and his wife Rhonda, both of Dover, and Brett D. Warner of Somerset; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; a sister, Ruth E. Stauffer of Dallastown, three brothers, Charles W. Ferguson, Jr. of Seven Valleys, Richard E. “Dick” Ferguson of Dover and Dennis A. Ferguson of Shrewsbury. She was preceded in death by a son, Brian Warner; and a daughter, Jane E. Warner.
