Peggy Lee Bradfield Mechanicsburg Peggy Lee Bradfield, 78, died Thursday August 3, 2017 at Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill. Peggy was born on October 20, 1938 in Shrewsbury Township and was a daughter of the late Charles W. Bradfield and Phyllis E. (Markel) Bradfield Castle. She graduated from Susquehannock High School in 1957 and from the Palmers Business School in Harrisburg. She was employed as a Claims Processor with Blue Cross/Blue Shield in Camp Hill for many years and following her retirement she worked for Williams-Sonoma in Camp Hill as an order processor for several years and did a lot of volunteering. She leaves a sister, Susan A. Bradfield of York, a brother, Charles W. “Chuck” Bradfield, Jr. and wife Carol Ann of Glen Rock; two nephews, Courtney Bradfield and wife Denise, and Scott Bradfield and wife Christina. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her step-father, Harold G. “Hal” Castle. Following cremation, memorial services will be held Saturday October 28, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Bethany Towers, 335 Wesley Drive, Mechanicsburg, and Sunday October 29, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Mt. Zion “Potosi” United Methodist Church, 10703 Mt. Zion Road, Glen Rock with Rev. Larry Parlett officiating. A time for friends and family to share their memories will follow the services.
