Pearl S. Seitz

Pearl S. (Fletcher) Seitz, 97, who was formerly of Glen Rock, died Sunday February 11, 2018 at SpiriTrust Lutheran, Shrewsbury. She was the wife of the late Lester R. Seitz. Following cremation by the Geiple Funeral Home, Inc., 53 Main Street, Glen Rock, all services will be held at the convenience of the family. Mrs. Seitz was born in Everett, PA on May 2, 1920 and was a daughter of the late Grover Beck and Amanda (Fletcher) Perrin Connor. She was the foster daughter of the late William and Arabelle Stark. She retired in 1982 after 13 years of employment as a seamstress with the former Seven Valleys Garment Co and had worked as a waitress at the former Wiley’s Restaurant in Jacobus for many years. Pearl was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Glen Rock and had lived at Country Meadows at Leader Heights prior to moving to Zimmerman Place in Shrewsbury. She is survived by two daughters, Sylvia J. Rosier (James) of Summerville, SC and Sheila J. Simmons (J. David) of Glen Rock; four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren and a sister Russie Tewell of Girard, PA.
