Pearl E. Flemmens

On Sunday, January 1, 2023, Pearl E. Flemmens, 95, passed away at ProMedica South in York. She was the loving wife to the late Roger W. Flemmens, who passed away in 2008. Pearl was born on September 8, 1927 in Brodbecks, PA to the late Clarence J. and Ethel C. (Hendrix) Wehrly. She graduated from Codorus Township High School and then attended Thompson Business College for two years. She was an administrative assistant for AMP, Inc./Tyco for 25 years before retiring. Pearl was a member of St. Jacob's (Stone) UCC in Glenville; Assisted with the committee to organize her class reunions; and was a former Den Mother for Cub Pack 48 in Glen Rock.

Pearl is survived by her two children, Cynthia L. Neiss and husband David, and Randy R. Flemmens and wife Tracy; two grandchildren, Jennifer Crowther and Kelly Dean; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; one sister Vergie M. Kauffman, and one granddaughter, Abigail Miller.

Public viewing will be held on Sunday, January 15 from 1:00pm until a funeral service begins at 2:00pm at Geiple-Predicce Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., 53 Main St., Glen Rock. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory are recommended to ProMedica Hospice Care, 3417 Concord Road, Ste. C, York, PA 17402.
