Pauline Snyder New Oxford Pauline (Boehler) Snyder, 102, formerly of Codorus Township, died Friday June 12, 2015 at the Brethren Home Community at Cross Keys, New Oxford. She was the wife of the late Levi M. Snyder. A viewing will be held from 12:00 to 1:00 PM Wednesday June 17, 2015 at Geiple Funeral Home, Inc. 53 Main Street, Glen Rock. The funeral services will follow, at 1:00 PM, Wednesday at the funeral home with her Pastor Melissa Eicholtz officiating. Burial will be in St. Jacob’s Stone Union Church Cemetery, Glenville. Mrs. Snyder was born in Codorus Township on July 31, 1912, a daughter of the late Jacob and Mellie (Laughman) Boehler. She farmed with her husband for over 56 years in the Codorus Township area. She also was a self-employed seamstress in her home for many years, and was well known for her quilting. Pauline enjoyed sewing, stich work, reading, and painting. She was very creative and artistic. Pauline was a member of St. Jacob’s (Stone) United Church of Christ Congregation and a member of the church’s sunday school. She had lived at Cross Keys since 1989. She leaves a daughter Mary Ann J. Miller of York; 2 granddaughters Crystal Martin and Tammy Bixler; 1 great granddaughter, Alicia Miller; and 2 great great grandchildren Elise and Ashton Miller. She is predeceased by 3 sisters.
