Norma A. Rehmeyer

Norma A. Rehmeyer Dover Norma A. (Frey) Rehmeyer, 90, of Dover, died Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Providence Place. Memorial services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. The Geiple Funeral Home, Inc. 53 Main Street, Glen Rock is assisting with the arrangements. Norma was born on May 11, 1927 in Glen Rock, a daughter of the late Percy R. and Verva V. (Gerbrick) Frey. She was a 1945 graduate of the former New Freedom High School. Norma worked 15 years for GTE, having retired in 1990, and previously worked at the York Country Club for 20 years. Norma enjoyed playing cards and Dominos and was a Baltimore Orioles Fanatic. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed. She is survived by a son Dennis G. Rehmeyer and his wife Mary Anne of York; two daughters, Karen D. Masek of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Nancy A. Schrum and husband Jay of York; two grandsons, Royce Masek and his wife Billie Jo, and Turner Masek and girlfriend Lauren Isch; a step-granddaughter Laura Dixon and husband Ryan; great grandchildren Ayden Masek, and step-great grandson Ryley Dixon; two brothers, James I. Frey of Gettysburg, and C. Donald Frey of York; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a step-great granddaughter Avery Dixon, a brother Gerald Frey; and two sisters, Joan Weikel and Devona Seitz.
