Michele Lynn Caughy Philadelphia Michele Lynn Caughy, 31, formerly of Catonsville, MD and York, PA died Sunday, Feb. 21, 2016 in Philadelphia, PA. Michele was born December 11, 1984 in Columbia, MD to Catherine Short Caughy Dunn and David Caughy. Michele is survived by her daughter Daisy Nacole Ragan of York, PA, her parents, Catherine (Guy) Dunn of York, PA and David Caughy of Catonsville, MD, brother Michael Caughy of Catonsville, MD, sisters Cassie Dunn of York, PA, Crystal Dunn of Hot Springs, AR, Lacey Dunn of Pasadena, MD, many loving aunts and uncles, and a lifetime of friends. She was preceded in death by her infant daughter Isabella Nacole Bland. Michele was a graduate of Hammond High School in Columbia, MD. A memorial service and celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 27th at Glenview Alliance Church in Glen Rock, PA. Visitation at the church will be from 12 to 1pm, with the service from 1 to 2 pm. Immediately following the service there will be a reception and fellowship at Church of the Good Shepherd in Catonsville, Maryland. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Marks Church, Frankford. 4442 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA in memory of Michele Lynn Caughy.
