Mary E. Rohrbaugh

Mary E. Rohrbaugh York Mary E. (Siple) Rohrbaugh, 95 of Autumn House East, who was formerly of Seven Valleys, died Saturday October 10, 2015 at the home. She was the wife of the late Lavern W. Rohrbaugh. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at Jefferson Cemetery, Jefferson Road, Jefferson with Rev. Edward Robbins, pastor of Zion Lutheran Church, Glen Rock, officiating. There will be no viewing. The Geiple Funeral Home, Inc. 53 Main Street, Glen Rock is in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Rohrbaugh was born on January 18, 1920 in Mt. Wolf, a daughter of the late William Siple and Mabel (Ely) Siple Feltenberger and step father Joseph Feltenberger. She was employed as a Housekeeper at the York Lutheran Home for over 11 years and was a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church at Freysville, Red Lion, where she was a member of the retirement group of the church and the Women of the ELCA. She also was a member of the Red Lion Senior Center. Mary is survived by a daughter, Susan A. Strickler and her husband Oliver of Elizabethtown; a son Sidney N. Rohrbaugh of Searcy AK; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Hedy J. Rohrbaugh and a son Douglas L. Rohrbaugh. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Emanuel Lutheran Church, 2650 Freysville Road, Red Lion, PA 17356.
