Marlin L. Sauble

Glen Rock – Marlin L. Sauble Sr., 64, of Glen Rock, PA, died November 5, 2018 at York Hospital. He was the husband of the Anna M. (Engelmeyer) Sauble with whom he shared a 33rd wedding anniversary on June 8th, 2018. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Friday November 9, 2018 at Jefferson Cemetery, Baltimore Street, Codorus PA. A viewing will be held from 7:00 to 9:00 PM Thursday November 8, 2018 at Geiple Funeral Home, 53 Main Street, Glen Rock, PA 17327. Mr. Sauble was born January 17, 1954 in Spring Grove and was a son of the late Sterling C. and Miriam V. (Glatfelter) Sauble. Marlin was a Musician, he was a Drummer and a Singer with his group Key Largo. He also was a delivery driver with several local dry-cleaning companies. He loved sports, music and loved his family. In addition to his wife Anna, he leaves two daughters, Michelle E. McNew and her husband Mark of East Prospect, PA and Marsha L. Cullison of Red Lion, PA; two sons, Marlo D. Sauble and Amber Smith of Gettysburg, PA and Marlin “Marly” L. Sauble of Glen Rock PA; thirteen grandchildren, five great grandchildren; a sister, Yvonne Sauble and Dale Spahr of York, PA; two brothers, Gordie S. Sauble and his wife Glenda of York, PA and Stanley C. Sauble and his wife Shauna of Spring Grove, PA; his step mother Mary “Feme” E. Sauble of York, PA; two sisters-in-law, Debbie Bogdan and husband Mark, Linda Snyder and husband Norman; two brothers-in-law, Bill Engelmeyer and wife Lynn, John Engelmeyer and wife Helen; and nieces, nephews and cousins.
