Marie Ann Graziul

Marie Ann (Frenak) Graziul, 90, of New Freedom, passed away Saturday, December 25, 2021 at her home. She was the wife of the late Edward F. Graziul, with whom she shared 68 years of marriage prior to his passing last year. A Funeral Liturgy will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, January 3, 2021 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 315 N Constitution Ave, New Freedom, PA with Rev. Joshua R. Cavender officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. There will be no viewing or visitation. Mrs. Graziul was born on January 24, 1931 in Archbald, PA, the only daughter of the late Thomas and Mary (Novajosky) Frenak. She was a graduate of Blakely High School in Blakely, PA. After marrying, she traveled the world with her husband, who served in the U.S. Navy for over 22 years. During this time, she raised three extraordinary sons. The Graziuls returned to New Freedom, PA following Edward’s retirement, where Marie continued to touch countless lives through her service to the Church over many years. She will be remembered for her quick wit, joyful devotion, and generous love. She is survived by her son Richard Graziul and several grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Joseph Frenak and Thomas E. Frenak, husband Edward F. Graziul, and son Robert Graziul.
