Lois M. Rohrbaugh

Lois M. Rohrbaugh Lois M. (Sipe) Rohrbaugh, 87, who was formerly of Larue Road, Seven Valleys, died Friday, May 24, 2019 at Spiritrust Lutheran, Sprenkle Drive. She was the wife of the late Carroll L. Rohrbaugh. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Friedensaal Lutheran Church, 9138 White Church Road, Seven Valleys, with her pastor, the Rev. Margareta M. Breden, officiating. Burial will be in in the church cemetery. Viewings will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the church and from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday at the church. Mrs. Rohrbaugh was born in Codorus Township, on October 11, 1931 and was a daughter of the late Earl W. and Effie (Boose) Sipe. She graduated from Codorus Township High School and was a homemaker and assisted her late husband with the operations of their farm in the Larue area of Springfield Township. She was a member of Friedensaal Lutheran Church, the Pennsylvania Society of Farm Women and was a skilled and avid quilter. Lois leaves two daughters, Carolyn M. Sweitzer and her husband, Alvin of Seven Valleys, and Darlene F. Jenkins and her husband, Edward of Lemont, PA; a son, Eddie L. Rohrbaugh and his wife, Carole Rhoten of Millsboro, DE; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, James A. Rohrbaugh, and two grandchildren, a sister, Virginia Swartzbaugh and a brother, Earl W. Sipe. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Friedensaal Lutheran Church, 9138 White Church Road, Seven Valleys, PA 17360.
