Linda Joyce Seitz

Linda Joyce (Frydlewicz) Seitz, 70, of Glen Rock, passed away with her loving husband Jay by her side on Tuesday October 19, 2021 at Wellspan York Hospital following a 6-year battle with progressive supranuclear palsy. Linda was the wife of Jay V. Seitz with whom she celebrated 29 years of marriage this past September 12th. She was born on December 5, 1950 in McKees Rocks, PA and was the daughter of the late Al Frydlewicz and Mary (Cerovski) Frydlewicz who resides in McKees Rocks. Linda attended the Earl Wheeler School of Pittsburgh where she received a degree in fashion merchandising. She had worked as a buyer for the Joseph Horne Co. department store and the Step-Up Boutique in Pittsburgh, then managed Fashion Bug stores that were mostly in south central PA for 30 years. Linda enjoyed bike riding, shopping at crafts fairs, Zumba, get-togethers with high school friends in Pittsburgh, and attending Shea Quinn music events, as well as other live music concerts. She will be remembered for her bubbly, outgoing personality, and will be missed by those who knew her. In addition to her husband Jay and her mother Mary, Linda leaves a stepson Kevin Seitz, and his wife Katie of Michigan; two grandchildren, Caleb and Ellie Seitz; her brothers, Rob Frydlewicz of New York City, and Darrell Frydlewicz and wife Maureen of Rahway, NJ; her nephews Corry Frydlewicz of CA; and Nick Frydlewicz and wife Sarah of NJ; and a great niece, Shelby Frydlewicz. Following cremation, a visitation will be held on Monday October 25, 2021, from 1:30pm until 2:30, and then a Celebration of Life begins at 2:30pm at Geiple-Predicce Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. 53 Main St. Glen Rock, PA 17327.
