Leonard L. Thoman

Leonard L. Thoman, age 86, of Jefferson, entered peacefully into God's eternal care on Friday, June 25, 2021 at WellSpan York Hospital. He was the loving husband of Beverly (Smith) Thoman, and together they shared 60 years of marriage. Leonard was born in Seven Valleys on December 31, 1934, and was the youngest son of Alfred E. and Verna (Bowman) Thoman. He is survived by his wife; two sons, Lell and Blevan and his wife, Karen; three grandsons, Clark, Rece and Austin. He was preceded in death by his parents and 7 siblings. Leonard retired from HAJOCA after 10 years of service. He was a member of the Jefferson Lions Club, Life Member of the Jefferson Fire Company, and also a Member of Christ UCC in Codorus. He was a big fan of the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. A public viewing will be held on Saturday, July 3 from 10am until a funeral service begins at 11am at Christ UCC, 32 Baltimore St., Codorus, PA 17311. Interment is private at the convenience of the family.
