Larry L. Bailey

Larry L. Bailey Jr. Red Lion Larry L. Bailey, Jr., 55 of Red Lion, died of natural causes on Thursday January 7, 2016 at York Hospital, surrounded by his family. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday January 14, 2016 at the Geiple Funeral Home, Inc. 53 Main Street, Glen Rock. Viewings will be held on Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and from 10:00 to 11:00 AM Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Larry was born on January 9, 1960 in York, the son of Larry L. Bailey, of Glen Rock and the Late Jean M. (Zech) Bailey. He graduated from York Vo-Tech in 1977, and worked many years in the sheet metal trade for several local companies. He was a member of the Tunnel Hill Gun Club and loved the outdoors. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Besides his father, he also leaves a daughter; Leanne M. Bailey of Dallastown; a son, Jared M. Bailey of Dallastown; a sister, Linda S. Bailey of West York; two brothers, Barry E. Bailey and his wife Tammy of York, and Roger K. Bailey and his wife Diana of Dallastown; Paternal Grandmother, Ruth Rill of York; nieces and nephews, Tara, Ashlyn, Dayne, and Brayden Bailey. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather; Frank Rill and his maternal grandparents George and Elsie Zech.
