Kenneth R. Schuchart

Glen Rock - Kenneth R. Schuchart, 91, died Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at his home. He was the husband of Grace E. (Ferree) Schuchart who passed away on November 7th. Funeral services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Mr. Schuchart was born on July 29, 1927 in McSherrystown, PA, a son of the late, Anthony A. and Clair (Miller) Schuchart. Kenny retired in 1987 from AMF Union Machinery Division in Glen Rock, where he was an Assembly Line Person for many years. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in New Freedom. He is survived by a daughter, Elizabeth A. "Betsy" (Terry) of Bellefonte, PA; two sons, Kenneth R. Schuchart II (Bonnie) of Wrightsville and Jon L. Schuchart (Cathy) of York; four grandchildren, Amanda, Kaitlyn, Jessica and Ryan; and two great-grandchildren Beckham and Rowen. He was predeceased by three sisters, Vera Cramer, Mary Leppo and Doris Hoffman and by four brothers, Robert, Roy, Marvin and Anthony Schuchart. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 315 N Constitution Ave, New Freedom, PA 17349.
