Kathryn A. Thomas Kathryn A. (Andrews) Thomas, 73, of Glen Rock, died Monday July 9, 2018 at Manor Care, Dallastown. She was the wife of Marlette E. Thomas, with whom she celebrated a 54th wedding anniversary on June 20th. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. on Friday, July 13, 2018 at the Geiple Funeral Home, Inc. 53 Main St., Glen Rock with the Rev. Robert A. Yohe, Jr., Rev. Julian Hall, and Chaplin Justin Thomas officiating the service. Burial will be in New Hope “Fissel’s” United Church of Christ Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Mrs. Thomas was born on May 18, 1945 in York and was the daughter of Paul E. “Andy” and Regina C. (Riedel) Andrews. She graduated from York Catholic High School and worked many years as a secretary. Kathryn was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, New Freedom, and enjoyed reading, sewing, and crafting. Besides her husband Marlette, she leaves a son, Patrick Thomas and his wife Melea of Stewartstown; a grandson Justin “JT” Thomas and his wife Lexie of York; two brothers, Stephen and Daniel Andrews, both of York; and a sister Angela Carnegie of Mars, PA. She was proceeded in death by a son James Thomas, his fiancé Jody Laughman, and her daughter Nicole Laughman.
