June E. Mcwilliams

On September 9, 2022, June E. (Strine) McWilliams, 91, of Seven Valleys, passed away at WellSpan York Hospital. She was the wife of the late Palmer McWilliams, Jr., with whom she shared 61 years of marriage, until his passing on October 30, 2011.

June was born on June 22, 1931 in York, to the late Ralph L. and Mildred M. (Rinehart) Strine. She was a dedicated wife to her husband, and mother to her five children. She enjoyed going to the beach, painting ceramics, and attending her grandchildrens' events.

June is survived by 4 children, Kay Shue and husband David, Suzanne Craley and husband Kent, Lori Floyd, and Jennifer Sotdorus and husband Gene; 11 grandchildren, Kevin, Rebecca, Jason, Amanda, Kimberly, Tobias, Tanner, Eric, Correy, Carly, and Eric "Butch"; 13 great-grandchildren; and 1 sister, Dorothy Grafton. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; 1 son, Larry McWilliams; and 1 brother, Park Strine.

A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, September 23, 2022 from 10AM immediately followed by a memorial service beginning at 11AM at Christ Lutheran Church, 80 S. Main St., Loganville. Pastor Doug DeStephano will officiate. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Memory of Larry McWilliams are recommended to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
