Joel L. Winemiller Glen Rock Joel L. Winemiller, 62, of Glen Rock, died of natural causes Saturday October 15, 2016. He was the husband of LuAnn A. (Henry) Winemiller, with whom he celebrated a 43rd wedding anniversary this past May 27th. Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM Thursday October 20, 2016 at the First Assembly of God, 2270 North Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17404. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 5 to 7 PM Thursday at the church. Interment will be private. Joel was born on July 24, 1954 in York and was a son of the late William J. and Mabel R. (Hafer) Winemiller. He graduated in 1972 from Susquehannock High School and was the owner of Acrocraft, Inc. Sheet Metal Contracting in Jacobus for over 20 years. Besides his wife, he leaves two daughters, Renee C. Burdette and husband Brad of York and Nichole Y. Hobbs and husband Stan of Glen Rock; five grandsons, Isaac, Joshua, and Lucas Burdette, Nathan and Nicholas Hobbs, three step grandchildren Kayleigh Burdette, Logan and Sierra Hobbs; a sister Nancy J. Winemiller of York and Jon S. Winemiller of Glen Rock. Joel, also has been united in heaven with his granddaughter, Hannah. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to Members 1st Federal Credit Union, (memo line: LuAnn Winemiller Trust for Grandsons), 2420 Mt Rose Ave. York Pa 17402.
