Helen V. Albright

Helen V. Albright Hanover Helen V. (Rinehart) Albright, 96, died Wednesday, January 18, 2017, at Utz Terrace, Hanover. She was the wife of the late Preston W. Albright, with whom she shared 58 years of marriage. Funeral services will be 11 AM Monday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 127 York St., Hanover, with the Rev. Robert Burkhart, officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery. Viewings will be held from 6 to 8 PM Sunday at the Geiple Funeral Home, Inc., 53 Main St., Glen Rock and from 10 to 11 AM Monday at the church. Mrs. Albright was born on February 11, 1920, in Manheim Township, a daughter of the late David L. and Joanna (Dusman) Rinehart. She worked as a packer for Revonah Pretzel Company, Hanover for about 10 years and retired from the Hanover Pen Company where she was an assembler for over 10 years. Helen was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Hanover. She loved to cook, bake, crochet, travel, and garden. Her greatest pride were her children, grandchildren, and great grandson. She leaves a daughter, Christina H. Owens and her husband, Preston of Dover; a son, Ivan L. Albright and his wife, Rebecca of Wilson, N.Y.; four grandchildren, Benjamin Albright, Jessica Bohlman, Katelyn Owens and Emily Owens; a great grandson Simon Bohlman; and two sisters, Charlotte Trump and Nadine Bowman. She was predeceased by two brothers, Maurice and Paul Rinehart; and three sisters, Miriam Eshleman, Florence Schuman, and Lillian Engle.
