Harriet J. "Toot" Freed

Harriet Jeanette Freed, 91, formerly of New Freedom Pennsylvania and Balto. County, MD, joined her Redeemer on Mon, October 25, 2021. Known as "Toot" she was born November 17, 1930 to the late Paul C. and Irene M. (Stiffler) Freed, their youngest child. A leader at Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Baltimore, Harriet was a banker and mother, raising her niece Nancy Langer and nephew Phillip Langer of VA, who survive her. She was preceded in death by siblings Margaret, Grace, Leona, Carl and Emory Freed. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Emmanuel Episcopal Church; 811 Cathedral St., Baltimore, MD 21201.
