George D. Kisiner Glen Rock George D. Kisiner, 83, of Glen Rock, died Monday March 19, 2018, at at his home. He was the husband of Barbara J. (Miller) Kisiner with whom he celebrated a 54th wedding anniversary on May 4th. Following cremation, a graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 27 2018 at St. Paul (Hametown) Lutheran Church Cemetery, 11894 Susquehanna Trail South, Glen Rock, with Rev. Katherine R. Brantner officiating Mr. Kisiner was born on June 23, 1934 in Glen Rock, a son of the late Ray Kisiner and Elouise (Lentz) Taylor. Mr. Kisiner was a United States Army Veteran, he was stationed in Anchorage, Alaska, where he worked the railroad. George was a wood worker for Glen Traditionals Furniture Company, Glen Rock for 10 years, prior to that he worked for Hungerford Canning Company, Shrewsbury for 8 years, most recently he had retired from Southern Die Casters, Inc. in Shrewsbury after 5 years of employment. He enjoyed watching NASCAR, hunting, trapping, reading westerns, and he loved cats. Besides his wife Barbara, he leaves two daughters, Vicki Fulford and her husband Timothy of Ayden, NC and Kathy Snell and her husband Richard Snell, Jr. of Flemingsburg, KY; four grandchildren; and one step-grandchild. He was predeceased by a sister, Lois Duerr and a step-father Bill Taylor.
