Ethel M. Miller Glenville Ethel M. (Ambrosius) Miller, 96, of Glenville, died Monday, October 16, 2017 at her home. She was the wife of the late Curvin C. Miller. Following cremation, a Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00 AM Monday October 23, 2017 at St. Jacob’s (Stone) United Church of Christ, 5152 Stone Church Road, Glenville with Rev. Dr. Bruce P. Bouchard, officiating. A visitation for family and friends to share their memories will be held Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the church. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. There will be no viewing. Geiple Funeral Home, Inc. 53 Main Street, Glen Rock is in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Miller was born in Elkridge, MD on May 18, 1921, a daughter of the late George N. and Julia Edna (Fisher) Ambrosius. She was a member of St. Jacob’s (Stone) United Church of Christ and a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Jefferson Fire Company. She is survived by three sons, Donald E. Miller (Sylvia), Dale C. Miller (Cindy), Bryan “Ted” T. Miller (Brenda); a stepson James L. Miller (Doris) all of Glenville; nine grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; numerous great great grandchildren; a sister Mildred Porter; a brother David Ambrosius (Geraldine); and a sister-in-law Marian Ambrosius all of Glenville. She was predeceased by a son Philip L. Miller. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the VNA of Hanover & Spring Grove Hospice, 440 Madison St, Hanover, PA 17331 or to St. Jacob’s (Stone) United Church of Christ, 5152 Stone Church Road, Glenville, PA 17329 Condolences may be shared at geiple.com
