Esther L. Caruso York Esther L. (Thompson) Caruso, 69, of York, died June 18, 2014 at York Hospital. All services will be private at the convenience of the family. The Geiple Funeral Home, Inc., 53 Main Street, Glen Rock is assisting the family. Esther was born in York, a daughter of the late Ralph F. and Luetta E. (Stengle) Thompson. She was a graduate of Kennard Dale High School and had worked over the years at Smith Village, AMP Inc. and Stewartstown Manufacturing. She also loved having company and her dog “Baby Girl”. She never complained about anything, even about her illness with Multiple Sclerosis. Esther leaves eight brothers and sisters, Donald R. Thompson of Fawn Grove, Sandra L. Grafton of Delta, Mary Lou Noone of Dallastown, Gloria M. Keeney of Red Lion, Erma L. Flaharty of Airville, Dean J. Thompson of York, Glenn E. Thompson of Spring Grove, and Debra A. Tubb of Glen Rock.
