On December 7, 2023, Ellen Margaret Scherr, 55, passed away at her home in Hanover, PA. She was born in Westminster, MD on June 18, 1968 to Gene and Mary Ritz. In addition to her parents she is survived by her son, Nicolas Costa, daughter Alexis Foose, grandchildren Kayden Costa, Weston Foose and Veronica Cichelli. She is also survived by her sisters Julie Ingram and Lisa Andrasko. She was preceded in death by her husband Michael Scherr. Services and interment are private.
