Eleanor Leah Goodling

On Saturday, May 13th, 2023, Eleanor L. Goodling, 64, of York passed away at York hospital. She was born on December 20th, 1958 in Allentown, PA. to Russel and Denelda (Wright) Cunningham. She is survived by her two children Benjamin and Nicole Goodling; mother Denelda Cunningham; brother Russel Cunningham III and several nieces and nephews.

Eleanor was a devoted and caring mother. She loved and cared for many animals over the years. Knitting, sewing, and reading were some of her favorite hobbies. She was a compassionate nurse and supervisor for 21 years and graduated with distinction from Drexel University.

A memorial service will be held on June 3, 2023 from 10 AM to 11 AM at which time a memorial service will be held at Geiple-Predicce Funeral and Cremation Services Inc., 53 Main St, Glen Rock. Visitors may be casually dressed. Donations in Eleanors memory are recommended to the York county food bank or the York county SPCA.
