Edna Leona (Yoder) Harden, 96 of McRae, GA, died September 2, 2018 in Eastman GA. She was the wife of the late Charles McLin Harden. Graveside inurnment services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday October 20, 2018 at St. Jacob’s (Stone) Church Cemetery, 5152 Stone Church Road, Glenville. Mrs. Harden was born February 21, 1922 and was a daughter of the late Rev. Paul D. and Kitty (Huff) Yoder. Edna grew up in Jefferson (Codorus) and graduated from the York Academy. She worked in various nursing homes as the Activity Director and attended Catawba College in North Carolina. She was a member of Beverly Hills Community Church in FL. She leaves three sons, Dr. Charles McLin Harden Jr. (Barbara) of McRae, GA, James Blair Harden (Aimee) of Milford, MA, and John William Harden (Jean) of Farmington, CT, Grandchildren and Nieces and Nephews. She was predeceased by brothers and sisters, Paul Yoder, Kathryn Yoder-Thomason, Elizabeth Yoder- Brockman, Margaret Yoder-Gass and Alymer Yoder. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 924 N. Colonial Ave., York, PA 17403. The Geiple Funeral Home, Inc. 53 Main Street, Glen Rock is assisting with the arrangements.
