Dorothy B. Jones York Dorothy B. Jones, 99, of Country Meadows at Leader Heights, who was formerly of Towson, died Friday October 21, 2016 at the home. She was the wife of the late Thomas Jones. Funeral services will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 29th at the Geiple Funeral Home, Inc., 53 Main Street, Glen Rock, with Pastor Bill Reed of Liberty Christian Fellowship, Seven Valleys officiating. Burial will be private. Mrs. Jones was born on July 23, 1917 in Baltimore and was a daughter of the late William and Naomi (Ubdutch) Bannan. She was employed as a secretary for Baltimore County Government and had worked a secretary part-time for several churches in the Towson area. She is survived by a sister Betty Sauers of Maryland, a daughter, Christine Norris of White Hall, MD and by three grandchildren, Brad Anderson and wife Michelle of Virginia Beach VA, Marylee Hall and husband Bill of Glen Rock, T.J. Anderson and wife Lacy of France and by eight Great Grandchildren.
