Donald C. Keith, Sr. Glen Rock Donald C. Keith, Sr., 80, of Glen Rock, died Sunday, October 27, 2013 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at Greenmount United Methodist Church, 4242 Greenmount Church Road, Glen Rock, with pastor the Rev. Wayne A. Shamer and the Rev. Martin Bovee officiating. Viewings will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday at the Geiple Funeral Home, Inc., 53 Main Street, Glen Rock and from 10:00 to 11:00 AM Wednesday at the Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Mr. Keith was born on December 8, 1932 in Hanover, a son of the late Earl C. and Katherine E. Boose Keith. He retired from P. H. Glatfelter Paper mill in Spring Grove where he had been employed as a Mill Wright. He enjoyed bowling for many years and frequented the Morningstar Market. He leaves behind three sons Donald C. Keith, Jr. of Steelton, Jeffrey A. Keith and his wife Tina of York and Douglas M. Keith, Sr., and his wife Teresa of Glen Rock; Five stepchildren Brian Corte of York Haven, Robert Corte of Red Lion, Theresa Vail of Thomasville, David Schmuck and Zelma Schmuck both of Strinestown; 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 9 Step grandchildren and 6 Step Great Grandchildren; Three sisters Helen Cape and Katherine Warner both of Hanover and Judy Feltz of York Springs. He proudly raised his Step granddaughter Shantel Schmuck. He was predeceased by three sisters and three brothers. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are to be made to American Heart Association (York Division) 610 Community Way Lancaster, PA 17603.
