Delores J. Deaner

Delores Deaner, 85, passed away on February 26, 2021, in Pylesville, MD. She was the wife of the late John Deaner. Delores was born on June 15, 1935 in Glen Rock, PA to the late Lloyd J. and Rachal S. (Tyson) Mummert. Delores was a custodian for Sherwin Williams, Inc., Havre de Grace, MD until she retired. She then worked as a nursing assistant at Jacob's Well Assisted Living, in Belair, MD. Delores is survived by five children, Jim, Paul, Tony and Shannon Buchmyer, and Shirl Kelly; 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild; she is also survived by two brothers, Sterling and Jack Mummert. Delores is preceded in death by her husband and parents; one son, Kevin Buchmyer; a brother, Bob Tyson; and a sister, Lillian Buchmyer. A private graveside memorial service will be held at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens, York, at a date convenient for the family.
