Debra A. Appleby Elizabethtown Debra A. (Clark) Appleby, 64, of Elizabethtown, passed away Friday, February 24, 2017 at her home following a lengthy illness. She was the wife of Steven E. Appleby, with whom she celebrated a 44th wedding anniversary this past December 23rd. Friends and relatives are invited to a celebration of her life service on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at the Geiple Funeral Home, Inc. 53 Main Street, Glen Rock, with a viewing being held from 6 to 7 PM and a service of remembrance being held at 7:00 PM, with Rev. David D. Tietje of St. John’s UCC Church Red Lion officiating. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Debra was born in York on October 27, 1952 and was a daughter of the late Raymond R. and Myra A (Gerbrick) Clark and was a 1971 graduate of Dallastown Area High School. She had been employed as a beautician at the Masonic Village in Elizabethtown for 10 years. Besides her husband, she leaves a daughter, Angelia L. Goins and her husband Trevor of Anson TX; a son, Steven E. Appleby, Jr. and his wife Leslie of York; two grandchildren, Jacob and Connor Appleby. She was preceded in death by a brother Raymond A. “Gene” Clark.
