Deborah Halleran

On Tuesday, November 1, 2022, Deborah Lee (Dyer) Halleran, 69, of Glen Rock passed away at WellSpan York Hospital. She was the loving wife of the late Martin W. Halleran, who passed away in 2017. She was born on April 11, 1953 in York to Anna "Pearl" (Humphrey) Dyer and the late Charles L. Dyer. She was a 1971 graduate of Susquehannock High School. She then became a Certified Nursing Assistant and worked for SpiriTrust Lutheran Village in Shrewsbury for 28 years before she retired. She attended the Glen Rock Church of Christ for many years and enjoyed knitting, making greeting cards, playing computer games, quilting, beading and other arts and crafts.

Deborah is survived by her two daughters, Leanne Sherwood and Jennifer Halleran; two siblings, Darlene Markle and husband Dean, and Dale Dyer. She was preceded in death by her father; grandfather and one brother, Edward Charles Dyer.

Public visitation will be held on Thursday, November 10 from 6:00 PM until a memorial service begins at 7:00 PM at the Glen Rock Church of Christ, 3899 Sticks Road, Glen Rock, PA 17327. Light refreshments will be offered after the service.
