Darlene K. Bilbie

On Friday, August 13, 2021, Darlene K. (Stump) Bilbie, 79, of Red Lion passed away at ManorCare-Kingston Court in York. She was born on October 3, 1941 in York to the late Emanuel L. and Juliet Jane (Oberlander) Stump. She worked as a pension administrator for Glatfelter Insurance Group in York for many years before retiring. Darlene was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Shrewsbury and enjoyed singing in the choir. In her spare time she liked spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Darlene is survived by three sons, Chris Bilbie, Mike Bilbie, and Steve Bilbie and his wife Cherie; and six grandchildren, Nathan, Aaron, Seth, Mikayla, Hannah and Andrew. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Donations in her memory are suggested to the American Cancer Society, 924 N. Colonial Avenue, York, PA 17403. Geiple-Predicce Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., Glen Rock, is assisting the family.
