Crystal A. (Wilcox) Garland York Crystal A. (Wilcox) Garland, 59, died November 1, 2019 at Pleasant Acres Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, York, PA following a lengthy illness. She was the loving wife of the late Robert E. Garland. Funeral services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. The Geiple Funeral Home, Inc. 53 Main Street, Glen Rock, PA is assisting the family with arrangements. Crystal was born on January 30, 1960 in Hanover and was a daughter of Patricia (Laird) Howell of Muncy, PA and the late Anderson Wilcox. She was self-employed caregiver for mentally challenged persons in her own home, operating the Roan View Home in Bakersville, NC. for many years. Formerly of North Carolina she has resided in the York, PA area for the past six years. She was a member of the Roan’s Chapel Freewill Baptist Church in Bakersville. Besides her mother, Crystal also leaves her twin children, Dorothy M. (Garland) Sparks and her husband Aaron of Spruce Pine, NC, and Kenneth W. Garland of York; her brothers and sisters, Andrea P. Frost and her husband Roland of Muncy, Karen K. White and her husband Edward of Picture Rocks, PA, Bobby R. Wilcox and his wife Kim of York, William L. Howell and his wife Denise of York and Fred Childress of Muncy.
