Charlotte M. Heltzel Glen Rock Charlotte M. (Paddison) Heltzel, 93, of Glen Rock, died Saturday, September 8, 2018, at the Pappus House, York. She was the wife of the late John E. Heltzel, Sr. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday September 13, 2018 at the Geiple Funeral Home, Inc., 53 Main Street, Glen Rock with Rev. Hugo Schroeder III officiating. Burial will follow in the Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery, Glen Rock. A visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Mrs. Heltzel was born on March 22, 1925, in York, and was the daughter of the late Arthur H. and Marie A. (Brickner) Paddison. Charlotte had retired from Yorktowne Kitchens in 1988, where she had worked as a hardware installer for many years. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Glen Rock and enjoyed playing cards in local card clubs. She also was a former Scout Leader and a den mother with Glen Rock Troop 48. She had lived the last four years with her granddaughter Stacy Wetzel and her family in Glen Rock. She leaves a son, John E. Heltzel, Jr. and his wife Karen of Seven Valleys; four grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren. She was predeceased by two brothers, Karl H. and Arthur Paddison; and two sisters Dorothy Hoffman and Martha Garretty.
